ULTRASONIC TESTING
Ultrasonic Testing is an NDT method applied to detect internal flaws in materials, components and structures. Ultrasonic is sound beyond the human audible range.
DYE PENETRANT TESTING
Also known as Liquid penetrant inspection. This method is used to reveal surface discontinuities by bleedout of a colored or fluorescent dye from the flaw.
VISUAL INSPECTION
It is one of the most common and most powerful means of non-destructive testing. Visual testing requires adequate illumination of the test surface and proper eye-sight of the tester.
MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING
Magnetic particle testing is use for detect surface cracks and near surface discontinuities, often occur during usage of machinery, this is the fastest way to detect cracks in welds, engine components and other heavy fabrications.
WELDING INSPECTION
Welder Performance qualification (WPQ) is also known as welder qualification test (WQT) or performance qualification. It is a very basic but one of the most important step before assigning a job to the welder.
